OEM/ODM
At Tonlexi, we understand that every brand has a unique story. Whether you're launching a fan-made Kpop collection, starting your own stationery line, or building a wholesale catalog of photo accessories, our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services are designed to bring your vision to life with precision, quality, and transparent communication.
Here's a complete walkthrough of how the process works — from your first idea all the way to the finished product in your hands.
Step 1: Define Your StyleStart by deciding what kind of mini album or photocard binder you need. Review our existing product range for inspiration:
Step 2: Contact Us to Get Design DrawingsOnce you've settled on a style, reach out to your account manager:

We will provide you with professional design drawings (blueprints, dimensions, and structural templates) for your selected product. These drawings serve as the foundation for your custom cover design.
Step 3: Create Your Custom Cover DesignUsing our blueprint as a guide, design your own cover artwork. This is where your brand identity comes to life — logos, patterns, color schemes, and any special artwork you want on the album.
You can handle this in-house or work with your own graphic designer. Need help? Our team can also offer design suggestions and guidance based on your requirements.
Step 4: Submit Your Artwork & Pay the Sample FeeSend your completed cover design back to your account manager. We will review the file and confirm it's production-ready, then proceed to sample making.
A sample fee is required upfront. This covers raw materials, printing setup, labor, and quality inspection for the prototype.
Step 5: Review the SampleOnce the sample is finished, we will send you professional photos and a video so you can inspect every detail — print quality, material feel, stitching, color accuracy, and overall craftsmanship.
Step 6: Confirm Quantity & Final Payment TermsNow it's time to decide how many units you need. Your account manager will provide a final quotation along with the estimated production lead time.
- Less than 200 units 100% payment upfront
- 200 units or more 50% deposit to start production; balance due before shipment
- For bulk orders above 200 pcs, feel free to discuss flexible terms with your account manager.
Step 7: Production & Quality CheckYour order enters the production line. We manufacture strictly according to the approved sample specifications.
When production is complete, we film a full shipment video — every single item visible — so you can verify the quantity, packaging, and quality before anything ships.
Step 8: Shipping & DeliveryWe deliver to the location you specify.
